How BIU handles data
BIU starts from public pages
BIU can provide initial analysis from publicly accessible pages — the same content any visitor or search engine can see. If you enable an integration, BIU also accesses the scoped information and permissions shown during the connection process.
You approve what ships
Every external action — a Reddit reply, a post, an SEO change — is drafted and scored for you to review. By default, BIU asks you to approve it before it runs. Optional automation features act only within the permissions you configure, and only after you enable them.
You control connected accounts
Optional integrations like Google Analytics and Search Console use scoped authorization and can be disconnected at any time. Connecting them sharpens prioritization; it is never required to start.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic to BIU is served over HTTPS, and stored data is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers. Access to production systems is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Model providers & subprocessors
BIU uses third-party large-language-model providers and cloud infrastructure to operate. We share only the data needed to perform a requested task, and we don’t sell your data.
