How BIU handles data
We only read public pages
To build your company memory, BIU reads the public pages on the URL you provide — the same content any visitor or search engine can see. We don't require access to private systems to deliver first value.
Nothing ships without your approval
Every external action — a Reddit reply, a post, an SEO change — is drafted and scored for you to review. BIU never publishes or changes anything on your behalf without an explicit approval step.
You control connected accounts
Optional integrations like Google Analytics and Search Console use scoped authorization and can be disconnected at any time. Connecting them sharpens prioritization; it is never required to start.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic to BIU is served over HTTPS, and stored data is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers. Access to production systems is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Model providers & subprocessors
BIU uses third-party large-language-model providers and cloud infrastructure to operate. We share only the data needed to perform a requested task, and we don’t sell your data.
